EVEREST BASE CAMP TREK

Trekking Itinerary

Day 01:  Arrive Kathmandu (1350m).

Day 02: Kathmandu Free day.

Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2880m) which takes approximately 30 minutes and trek from Lukla to Phakding (2640m) about 4 hours,  8 KM.

Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m) for about 6 hours. 12km

Day 05: Rest at Namche Bazar for acclimatization and excursion around the places. 4km\

Day 06: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Debuche (3867m) about 5 hours, 14km.

Day 07: Trek from Debuche to Dingboche (4400m) for about 5 hours. 9km

Day 08: Rest day at Dingbocheche to acclimatize your body. Do some small hiking around.

Day 09: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4930m) about 4-5 hours. 7km

Day 10: Trek from Labuche to Gorekshep (5180m) about 3 hours, 4km. And Hike to Everest base camp 5364m and back to Gorakshep for overnight. 4 hours

Day 11: Hike to Kalapattar 5644m for sunrise and trek back down to Pheriche 4200m 11 km 5-6 hours.

Day 12: Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar about 6-7 hours, 20 km.

Day 13: Trek from Namche to Lukla for 7 hours. 20 km

Day 14: Fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla. O/N in Kathmandu hotel
